System D480 has all programs and functions needed for measurement of different rotating machinery. All parts of the system are designed and built for even the most demanding workplace and easy setup on any machinery. The versatile design solves all kinds of measurements quickly with precision. You can easily measure small and large machines regardless of the shaft diameter, with a resolution of 0.001 mm [0.05 mils] and with a measuring distance up to 10 m [30 feet] with optional extension cables( 2m with included cables).

The Easy-Laser® D450 Shaft Alignment Tool is a affordable, entry level system that is easy to operate. The system is comprised of two small Measuring Units (Sensors) and a handheld, battery operated Control Unit.

The Control Unit provides alignment data using a graphic LCD display. The Measuring Units use dual Laser beams to provide auto calibration and a quick, rough alignment prior to the fine-tuned, final alignment process. The user-friendly system cuts the time required for shaft alignment dramatically.

The Easy-Laser® E420 sets a new standard in entry level laser systems for shaft alignment. Wireless measuring units, a large 5.7” colour display and an IP65-rated design that withstands harsh environments. These are the features you would normally only find in more expensive systems!

Compact wireless technology
The measuring units are incredibly compact featuring Bluetooth® Wireless technology, an integrated rechargeable battery and large 20 mm TruePSD detectors. This means that they are easy to install on most types of machines, even where there is limited space. The wireless technology gives you full freedom of movement around the machine that is to be aligned.
