The ALiSENSOR™ Level is a revolutionary new system designed for super-accurate geometric measurements, and is ideal for a spectrum of geometric measurement uses, in applications of all levels of complexity.

The ALiSENSOR™ Level is part of the Industrial MFi (Made for iPad) program, a groundbreaking integration of the iPad and other iOS devices into industrial-grade tools and equipment. The iPad or other iOS device is the display unit for the system, which has many advantages:

  • All measurement programApps, like Straightness, are downloaded for free from the App Store!
  • You can even use your pre-existing iPad, or iPad Mini.
  • R&D / Production costs are radically diminished, making the ALiSENSOR™ Level affordable for ANY budget at under $3,000!
  • Innovative touch-screen interactivity and data evaluation options never seen before in any geometric measurement system.

The ALiSENSOR™ Level system consists of a sensor unit and an iOS unit (iPad, or iPad Mini).  The ALiSENSOR™ Level sensor unit is a complex but rugged data collector that contains MEMS gyros, accelerometers, inclinometers, and a microprocessor. Data of angular and translational movements are provided via Bluetooth® to the iOS unit, which provides an unsurpassed user-friendly environment for the operator to analyze the data.

Typical measurement applications to be performed with the ALiSENSOR™ Level are: straightness, level, inclination, angle, flatness, and squareness, with an accuracy suitable for precision machine workshops.  The ALiSENSOR™ Level system also provides super-accurate correction values to enable the user to create solutions for these measurement applications.
