MMQ 200 measuring station offers a complete solution for controlling deviations of form and positioning for the quality of your products. MMQ 200 has been developed in a compact style and is designed for high accuracy, speed and esay handling. Exclusive use of maintenance-free high precision mechanical bearings service and exchange of compressed air components are not necessary. Mechanical bearings in the rotation axis have proven successful for years in other Mahr formtesters e.g. desktop formtester MMQ 400 and reference formtester MFU 100. The centering and tilting table is designed with extra-large adjustment ranges (centering range ± 72 mm in both X and Y direction). This enables alignment of the bearings to the C-axis with an accuracy of 1 µm.
When measuring conrods, the XXL table offers a diagonal measuring path of 180 mm which makes it possible to center both eyes.

Assess and judge measuring results at a glance – nothing is easier than that with the Millimar S1840 column amplifier.

The Millimar S 1840 column amplifier offers a broad range of functions for combining the signals from both static and dynamic measurements.

Measuring results are indicated by way of 101 three-color LEDs. When the programmable warning and tolerance limits are exceeded, the LEDs change their color from green to yellow or red, accordingly — high visibility from any distance.

A new measuring program is defined in templates. The operator only enters the geometry of the workpiece and selects the desired features. The part is then automatically measured. Family programs are particularly fast and flexible in the case of part families or changes. The measuring accuracy rises, as no measuring programs have to be programmed.
