Eclipse Line Burners are premix, retention type burners designed for applications where heat must be distributed over a large area. They are especially suited for oven, kettle, and either recirculating or non-recirculating air heating applications. Capacities range from 19,000 to 335,000 BTU/hr per lineal foot (based on 70% of required air in premix) depending upon the mixture pressure used. Eclipse Line Burners are available in 6" and 12" straight sections; side and bottom inlet straight sections; bottom inlet crosses and tees; and 6" 90 degree elbows.

Eclipse Sticktite and Ferrofix nozzles can be used wherever an open-type nozzle is applicable. Combustion chambers must have balanced or negative pressure. Typical applications include boiler conversion, kilns, ovens, air heaters, furnaces, immersion heating and other applications where the slight excess air introduced into the combustion chamber around the burner is acceptable.

All Eclipse Open Burner Nozzles are flame retention type nozzles which ensure satisfactory operation over a wide range of mixture pressures and draft conditions.

Blast Tips are small burners designed to handle combustible mixtures of gas and air under sufficient pressure to cause a blast-like flame. In general, Blast Tips are built to burn without the use of any refractory tunnel and are either self-piloting or built to prevent the flame from blowing away under normal conditions of operation. Blast Tips are suitable for a variety of applications. They can be used in groups to heat a wide area such as the bottom of a kettle, or can be mounted down a length of pipe as in a core oven.

InciniCone Burners are designed for fume incineration and after-heating of exhaust from turbines, dryers, ovens and other similar equipment. The burner is mounted in the exhaust duct and requires the exhaust stream to supply all of the oxygen needed for complete combustion. Burner assemblies include the burner body, gas or oil gun, gas pilot with ignition plug and peepsight. Nine sizes are available.
