Circulation of solvents in the chemistry and photo industry, pumping of toxic liquids in chemical industries, circulation in loop circuits. The static shroud forms a closed system with hermetically sealed liquid end and ensures a service with zero leakage. As shaft sealing is eliminated no maintenance is required. Owing to its self-priming construction, the pump can be mounted on top of vessels. Risk of leakage at connections below the liquid level and necessity of expensive vertical submersible pumps is therefore out of question.
Maximum allowable temperature 200°C (390F).
